Mottie is the four-legged member of the Brolly Marketing team and a much-loved part of everyday office life. He takes his unofficial role of “Chief Morale Officer” seriously-though not always quietly. Whether he’s trotting into meetings, nudging for attention, or curling up for a nap in the office, he has a knack for making the workplace feel a little lighter. He helps to:
- Lift team morale and support wellbeing with short “paw-time” cuddle sessions, one-to-one visits, guided walk breaks, and playful interactions
- Act as a friendly ice-breaker at client meetings, events, and charity days
- Encourage movement, fresh air, and mindful pauses to reduce stress and boost focus
Mottie gets along with everyone- people and dogs alike. He even takes part in the community as a Pets As Therapy dog, volunteering with Sharon, visiting schools and local groups. He’s Sharon’s loyal shadow, rarely more than a few steps behind, always curious about what’s happening next or when the next treat is. Let Mottie help keep your team smiling, relaxed, and recharged.
