Sam Yarasani

Sam is Brolly’s Technology and Operations Associate Partner. What makes him unusual is that he sits on both sides of a line most consultants choose one side of: he advises, and then he makes sure what he advised actually gets built. When an off-the-shelf tool is the right answer, he’ll say so. When it isn’t, the solution gets designed properly. Because his recommendations are never tied to any particular product, the advice stays honest.

Working with Brolly clients, Sam will:

• Shape your technology and operations strategy around where the business is actually going
• Redesign processes and systems around how your team really works, not how the software assumes it does
• Rationalise a sprawl of tools into one coherent way of operating
• Advise on where AI genuinely changes the economics of the business, and say plainly where it doesn’t
• Oversee delivery from design through to a working system, so the thinking survives contact with the build

Sam has been building software since the age of ten, and it’s that builder’s depth that anchors the consulting: he designs systems knowing exactly what it takes to make them real. At Brolly, he helps clients work out what they actually need, then makes sure it happens.

Outside work, Sam volunteers with his local church and makes geometric quilts, a craft that demands the same precision as his systems, though with considerably more colour.
